Sing Praises for Victory

Are you Happy today?  Are you singing praises to the Lord of Lords?   Lifting Jesus up?

James 5:13  “Is anyone among you suffering?  Then he must pray.  Is anyone cheerful?  He is to sing praises.”  When we are happy we should sing.  This comes from knowing the Lord in your heart!  Having a relationship with Him.  Like it says in Psalms 16:11  “You will make known to me the path of life;  in Your presence is fullness of joy;  In Your right hand there are pleasures forever.”

So you say “I can not sing”.   Remember it says in Psalms 95:1   “O come, let us sing for joy to the Lord,  Let us shout joyfully to the rock of our salvation.”   So,  make some noise to Him in praise!  Shout it out loud your song to the Lord your Savior.  If your like me,  I have often felt overwhelmed with my situations that arise.  The way to victory is through song.  Begin to sing like Paul and Silas did at the midnight hour in heaven.  They let it ring out no matter how hard it was to sing.  To be tied down(in chains), beaten, hungry, thirsty, tired, hot, and concerned about the situation.  Go ahead and look at what it says in the Word of God.  Acts 16:25 says “But about midnight Paul and Silas were praying and singing hymns of praise to God, and the prisoners were listening to them..”  Wow,  those around you are watching and listening to how you respond when troubles arise.  Sing,  sing, and sing your heart out with praises to Jesus!  Lift Him up  and glorify the King of kings.  For it is through Jesus we receive the “Victory”!  Ok, go ahead and read the rest of Acts 16…start with verse 25 and read it.  What happens?  The place was shakened and victory came!  Right?   Now do you get the idea?

So why not,  right now, sing out loud a song of praise to the Lord!  Get your thoughts only on Him.  Watch and see that He will begin to bring you to victory at this very moment.

Join me as I sing!   Hallelujah!!!!

Bless you today!    Pastor Gary
